Abstract
Oil sludge residue is a kind of solid waste after the treatment of oil contaminated soil, which is difficult to meet the requirements of material performance in engineering construction. In this paper, the new curing agent with steel slag powder and the traditional curing agent with cement / cement + fly ash are respectively used to cure the sludge residue, and the unlimited compressive strength test and leaching test of the sludge residue are conducted, and the ratio of different curing agents and curing age on the curing effect are studied. The test results show that the unconfined compressive strength value of the cured body gradually increases with the increase of curing agent content and age; the strength of the new curing agent with steel slag powder increases more significantly than the traditional curing agent; the pH value of leaching liquid increases first and then decreases, and the dissolution amount of Si ions and Al ions decreases with the leaching time; and the dissolution amount of Ca ions and Mg ions increases with the increase of leaching time.
