Abstract
This paper examines research on incorporating a transboundary perspective into cultivating professional talent in product design. It challenges the conventional system and conducts research in three areas: developing a cultivation plan, establishing interdisciplinary teachers' associations, and constructing transboundary teachers' teams. The approach expands the innovative perception of educators and learners, meets the need for talent in the job market condition, improves the creative capability of professional students, and increases the local graduates' employment rate and employers' satisfaction.
