Abstract
Based on the current situation of traditional media in Chongqing universities, this paper analyses the common problems, including imperfect management mechanisms, insufficient resource investment, insufficient content attractiveness, and poor performance of main functions. It also summarizes the causes of the problems, and then proposes countermeasures such as improving management mechanisms, exploring commercial operations, strengthening resource integration, and paying attention to media brand building. This paper aims to provide ideas and help for the high-quality development of traditional media in Chongqing universities.
