Investment Willingness and Behavior Choice of the Middle-Class Families in China in the Future

Abstract

Based on the survey data of the middle-class families from 20 cities in China, this paper discusses the investment willingness and behavior choice of the middle-class families in China in the future four years by means of mathematical statistics analysis. The study found that within 1 to 12 months in the future, the middle-class families will have a positive desire to invest inside the region (province). Within 12 to 24 months in the future, the middle-class families will have a strong desire to invest outside the region (province). On the other hand, in the future four years, the investment choices of the middle-class families will also change. Real estate investment, health investment, education & training will become the main investment mode of the middle-class families. The investment in high-risk financial products will be the choice of some middle-class families.
