Abstract
With the intensification of the global aging trend, the demand for age-appropriate service robots is increasing. Through the analysis of the elderly's visual cognition of service robots, combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) experiment to identify the recognition degree of the main feature parts, analyze the main feature forms of service robots, define the feature factors of product family, and establish the gene bank of product family features of age-appropriate service robots. It can help enterprises to rapidly develop new products in the product family combined with market demand, greatly save the design cost and research and development cycle of enterprises, enhance brand identity and market competitiveness, continue the vitality of products, and is conducive to the development and management of independent brands of manufacturing products in China.
